The next level is the Beginner 1B, followed by Intermediate 1A. At the start of 1A there is registration with USA Fencing membership that must be signed up for.
Per USA Fencing requirements, every fencer who registers for the beginner level must become a member of USA Fencing to be covered by insurance. New fencers should register at USA Fencing here.
