Step 1: Create a Mindbody login account and password.

Our club uses a business management software called MindBody, which allows you to manage your account, schedule, and 'private lessons' bookings directly. To use it you need to create an account, then login to it. To create or login click on the button below.

Step 2: Pick the group class, Private lesson pack or other services you want, and pay for them.

Browse through the available services and select the ones you wish to purchase. Complete the payment process to confirm your selection.

Step 3: Call or wait for an email to see your coach assignment.

After your purchase, you will receive an email with your coach assignment details. Alternatively, you can call to get this information.

Step 4: See your Group Class schedule. Or Book your Private Lessons.

Check your group class schedule or book your private lessons through the Mindbody platform.

Step 5: If you or the fencer is in a Level 1A or higher group class

Visit the USA Fencing membership page and sign up for the appropriate type of membership. The cost is $29 for non-competitive membership.

Step 6: The USA membership is also two steps. First create a login, then choose type of membership and pay for that.

Create a login on the USA Fencing website, choose your membership type, and complete the payment. You will receive a Membership ID. Please update your profile with this number on Mindbody for Elite.
